Resources to help you de-stress in stressful times. Created in response to global COVID-19 pandemic.

Reducing stress is important.

We know unmitigated stress can be detrimental to our health.¹ We also know it is important to de-stress in our everyday lives², but that can feel difficult in extremely stressful situations. As we can expect, during times of crisis, trauma and upheaval, it is more important than ever to put forth the effort to manage our stress.

You've probably had a lot of changes in your life/academic life this year. It's okay to feel stressed! This guide contains some resources for recognizing signs of stress, taking steps to manage your stress, and getting additional help when you need it.
