Video Permalinks

All content licensed by NSU Libraries can be linked to via Canvas.

These links called 'Permalinks' require users to be authenticated into the resource site via a proxy server. The proxy server URL needs to be embedded into the links you use in Canvas in order for them to work.

Due to the complexity of this process you are highly encouraged to contact your Liaison Librarian for assistance. We would be happy to create the necessary URLs for you.

2. Select the title of your article to open the Detailed Record

3. Select Permalink option in the right-hand column

4. Copy and paste the URL into your Canvas course
