Dr. David Kilroy is Chair of the Department of Humanities and Politics at Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Kilroy holds B.A. and M.A. degrees from University College Dublin in Ireland and a Ph.D. in history from the University of Iowa. His publications include, For Race and Country: The Life and Career of Colonel Charles Young, (Praeger 2003), and Days of Decision: Turning Points in U.S. Foreign Policy, (Potomac Press, 2011).
