Jane E. Cross, J.D., is the Associate Dean of Diversity, Inclusion & Public Impact, Director of the Caribbean Law Program, and Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Dean Cross has written articles and book chapters on Caribbean constitutional, regional and human rights Law including A Matter of Discretion: The De Facto Abolition of the Mandatory Death Penalty in Barbados – A Study of the Boyce and Joseph Cases, 46 U. Miami Inter-Am. L. Rev. 39 (2014). Dean Cross has also held many leadership roles, coordinated programs, and presented at conferences for national, regional, and international organizations.
