Laura Ramirez: Home

Laura Lucio Ramirez, M.L.I.S. is the assistant director of academic and research services at NSU’s Alvin Sherman Library, and is an active participant in the Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisory Council. Laura received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Texas-Pan American and a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining NSU in 2000, she was a reference librarian/assistant professor at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
