The Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) is administered in 36 states across the country. It is uniformly administered, graded, and scored, and the scores are portable across UBE jurisdictions. It includes the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE), Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), and the Multistate Performance Test (MPT). Florida does not administer the UBE.
