Administrative Agencies and Administrative Law Resources
To do a general search for Florida regulations, you can go to the Florida Department of State Florida Rules website. This contains Florida Administrative Register (formerly Florida Administrative Weekly) and the Florida Administrative Code. To find the results of Florida administrative hearings, you will need to go to the law library to look at FALR or, for hearings where there is a dispute of material fact, the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings. We have listed some applicable Florida agencies below.
- Florida Bar Health Law SectionWhile not really a Florida agency, this website can be used for its helpful links such as decisions of interest, legislative news, and a document library with health law updates.
- Florida Health FinderThe Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) created FloridaHealthFinder.gov to provide easy access to health care information. This site has links to Florida health care facilities, resources, and agency reports/orders.
Legislative Resources
The Florida Constitution and Florida Statutes are available to search easily at Online Sunshine.
