Florida Public Health Association Student Scholarship: $500 Scholarship to be used toward the attainment of a Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in Public Health or a Master's or Doctoral Degree in the field of public health. Regular or student members of FPHA are eligible. Awardees must intend to remain in Florida and contribute to Florida's Public Health System following graduation.

APHA's 2013 Get Ready Scholarship: To raise awareness about emergency preparedness, APHA is offering its fourth annual Get Ready Scholarship. The scholarship is a component of APHA’s Get Ready campaign, which works to help Americans prepare themselves, their families and their communities for all disasters and hazards, including pandemic flu, infectious disease, natural disasters and other emergencies. Two 500$ scholarships for graduate students AND winning students will also receive a free one-year membership in APHA.
