Articles and other scanned delivery service requests may take between 3 to 10 business/working days to complete.
Books and other physical materials service requests may take between 5 to 13 business/working days to complete (Distance Students should expect a further 2-3 day delay for mail delivery).
The Martin and Gail Press HPD Library uses the ILLiad System for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.
Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research". Misuse or abuse of the HPD ILL/DocDel Service may result in blocked privileges and/or disciplinary action.
All requests are subject to approval
Most Patrons are limited to a maximum of five (5) requests per day
