A QR Code works by:

1. Using your device's camera to scan the QR Code or you may download a QR-Code reader app to scan the code.

2. Your code is read like a barcode

3. Info read may direct the user to a web site or to initiate an application to run.

• Barcode hold maximum 20 characters
• QR-Code can hold up to 7,089 characters

Why?

• Barcodes only span horizontally
• QR-Codes can span horizontally and vertically
• QR-Codes can be read from any direction
• QR-Codes are more durable
