Q: Study Rooms: Can I still reserve or use a study room?
A: Yes. All study rooms are intended for individual or group study use unless otherwise noted. Also, open study spaces with socially distanced furniture are available.

A: Walk-in librarian help is available between M-F 9am-5pm at both Press HPD Library and the Tampa Bay Regional Campus Library. You can also send your questions to email@example.com. Check out other ways to contact us here.

A: The Press HPD and Tampa Bay Library Studios are open to faculty by appointment.
Q: Library Resources: Do I still have access to library materials?
A: The library offers an extensive collection of online databases for scholarly research, e-books, streaming video, newspapers, and more. Select your program from the HPD website for relevant library resources for your course of study.
Q: Borrowing Materials: Can I check out HPD library materials?
A: Physical library materials (books, DVDS, etc) located at the Press HPD Library can be requested via the library catalog by selecting "Place Request". Then the items will be mailed out. Items should be returned by mail with tracking as well in a timely manner. We will contact you if an item has been requested by another patron. Holds can also be placed on e-books and e-audiobooks.
Q: Returning Materials: What options are available for returning library materials?
A: There are a few options for returning materials.
Q: Reserve Textbooks: Can I still check out the three-hour loan reserve textbooks?
A: Yes, Reserve Textbooks may be checked out for three-hour loan periods. Reserve textbooks may not leave the library. Additionally, to ensure equitable access to these textbooks, we can send you a book chapter of the requested textbook via Document Delivery request through ILLiad. Q: ILL: Is Interlibrary Loan (ILL) / Document Delivery currently available?
A: All library users may continue requesting articles and book chapters that can be delivered electronically through ILLiad. Current NSU students, faculty, and staff may also request books, which will be delivered to them by mail. Please return ILL materials by with a tracking number to: Nova Southeastern University, HPD Library Circulation, 3200 S University Drive, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33328. (Please note that delivery times may take longer than usual due to other library closures.) For more information, please email email@example.com.
