Hours of Operation

The Digital Media Lab is available by appointment only during the Alvin Sherman Library Circulation Desk hours:
  • Mon - Thurs: 7:00am - 10:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 8:30pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:30am - 10:30pm

*Lab key(s) must be returned to the Circulation Desk 30-minutes prior to the Circulation Desk closing.

  • Only eligible to current NSU Shark cardholders or Alvin Sherman Library cardholders. Get your card HERE!
  • All reservations require confirmation by email within 15 minutes of submitting the request
  • Cancelations must be made one hour to the start of the reservation
  • After a 15 minute grace period your room reservation is subject to cancelation due to no show

Digital Media Lab Features

The Digital Media Lab is a room designed for NSU and Broward County patrons to create their own digital media. 

The DML provides:

  • WhisperRoom Soundbooth - An sound isolated audio production booth with headphones and Snowball Mic with Gooseneck filter.
