Dr. Frank J. Cavico is a professor of business law and ethics at Nova Southeastern University's Wayne Huizenga Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship, where he designed and teaches the school's MBA law and ethics course, "The Values of Legality, Morality, and Social Responsibility in Business." He holds a master's degree in law from the University of San Diego School of Law, a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law, an M.A. in political science from Drew University, and a B.A. in political science from Gettysburg College. Dr. Cavico is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Texas. Dr. Bahaudin Mujtaba is an assistant professor of management and international management at Nova Southeastern's Huizenga School. In the years 2003-2005, he was the school's director of institutional relations, planning, and accreditation. Dr. Bahaudin earned a PhD in management and an M.A. in business administration from NSU. His bachelor's degree is from University of Central Florida. He has worked as an internal consultant, trainer, and teacher at the Education and Training Development Department of Human Resources at Publix Super Markets Inc., where he also worked for years in retail management. As a consultant and trainer, Bahaudin has worked with various firms in the areas of management, cross-cultural communication, customer value and service, and diversity training.
