Have a question that you weren't able to address in a workshop? Notice a bug we need to fix? Pop in to one of our open Office Hours via Zoom and have a chat with us! Whether you are coming for five minutes, or for the full hour, we will be there to help troubleshoot your questions!
Office Hours will resume on Monday September 8 and go every week at the schedule below until the second week in December. Please keep an eye on the office hours cancellation schedule below if the office hours will be cancelled for a certain day or time.
Mondays 10am - 11am
Wednesdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Fridays 2:00pm - 3:00pm

Custom Training
We strongly suggest attending one of the group training workshops if they are currently available to learn the basics of how to easily manage your Pure profile, but we completely understand if the times and dates are not suitable for your schedule and/or you have further advanced questions on management of your profile.
