Simple Computer Browser Tips
If you are having computer problems try these tips first:
1. Quit your browser (not just close it). If you're a Mac user, remember that "closing" an application does not mean "quit".
2. Clear your cache (see below).
Some browsers, such as Firefox, are often set up to clear (empty) your cache automatically.
3. Restart your computer.
This often fixes a multitude of problems.

Using Internet Explorer : *

* A single browser's menus or paths to follow may vary from one version to the next. If the options mentioned above don't match those available in your browser, please try a Google search using the term: "clear chache in [your browser and version]" for specific instructions. To find out your browser's version, look at the last browser menu option (generally labeled "Help"; there is usually a menu item labeled "About [Browser name].

Disclaimer: Disabling the firewall may make your computer or network vulnerable to intrusions.
If you are part of a network (school or company), then you should
contact your Systems Administrator about possible firewall issues.
