When it comes to taking a variety of tests, being well prepared can help you do your best. The Alvin Sherman Library offers free online test preparation to help improve your test taking skills.
FAST
Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST)
Florida's statewide, standardized assessments in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics are aligned with the Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (BEST). These tests are administered for VPK through 10th grade in Reading and VPK through 8th grade in Mathematics. They are completed three times a year and are used as a progress monitoring assessments.

AP Tests
AP Exams
AP Exams are standardized tests that measure your knowledge and how well you've mastered the content and skills of an AP course. These are typically end of the year exams, but some may have a different form of assessment - for example, AP Art and Design students submit a portfolio to be scored.
