  • branch: a part of a plant that grows out from the trunk or stem.
  • flower: a blossom on a plant.
  • leaf: the thin, flat, green part of a plant that grows on a stem or from roots.
  • root: the part of a plant that grows down into the ground.
  • seed: the hard part of a plant, usually found at the center, from which another plant like the first can grow
  • trunk: the stem of a tree, from which the roots and branches grow.
