The Alvin Sherman Library is located on the main campus of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale-Davie, Florida.

The Library is a unique joint use public and academic library created through an agreement between the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and Nova Southeastern University. Anyone who lives, works or goes to school in Broward County is eligible for a public card for the Sherman Library. To apply for a card please go to:
